Mechamon Plot Summary for Season 1 Series 1

Mechamon is about a group of 10 kids (if you can call them

kids) who have to save another dimension called the Mechanical

World from total annihilation.  Now, they don't have to do it

alone.  They all have Mechamon friends that help them to fight the

evil that is constantly terrorizing the Mechanical World.  To put it

bluntly, Mechamon are monsters.  To be more specific, Mechanical

Monsters.  They come from the Mechanical World and are all

made mechanical parts.

        It all started on a normal day.  School was just about to start.

 A girl named Samantha (Sam) was waving a sword in the air and

chasing Tashy and her little brother Tommy.  Tashy and Tommy

tripped as Sam continued to run at them shouting death threats. 

Sam accidently tripped, though, and fell on top of them. 

Meanwhile, a boy genius named Matt was walking to school when

he also tripped and fell on the heap.  Then a limo pulled up.  Out

walked Melissa, a rich snotty brat.  She looked at the heap.  Then,

there was a flash green light and they all disappeared. 

        They reappeared in the Mechanical World.  They all looked

around, confused for a while, when an old guy came into the

picture.  He had a long grey beard and was wearing a purple robe. 

His face was bright yellow and his eyes were closed as if in

constant pain (but he wasn't).  He told them that his name

was Bill and that they were in the Mechanical World.  They

freaked.  He then gave them each an egg and told them that it was

their duty to protect the Mechanical World from evil forces.  They

were called the Mechaheroes.  He also gave them mechavices to

help them save the Mechaworld.  Bill then left.  A little later, they

encountered an evil Mechamon named Megatriparingaon.  Their

eggs hatched to reveal Mechamon.  Their Mechamon beat

Megatriparingaon and then discovered that he wasn't really evil.

He was under the control of Tanglon.  He joined their side and

became Sam's Mechamon.  During later battles, their Mechamon

mechavolved with the help of their Mechaheroes and their

mechavices.   They beat a lot of other Mechamon which were

also being controlled.  They beat Tanglon in episode #8, "Tangled

in Fear." They encountered more controlled Mechamon.  This

time, they were under the control of Karubamon in episode #15,

"The Flying Terror."  The Mechamon that were being controlled

also joined them.  Controlled Mechamon were called Terror

Mechamon and the Mechamon that controlled them were called

Fear Mechamon.  The Fear Mechamon served their master,

Megamaterramon.  They fought him, but lost and were captured in

episode #18, "A Not So Wonderful Life."  They fought again,

though and beat in the next episode called "Teamwork."  The

Mechaheroes said goodbye to their Mechamon and returned to

the real world only to find that, while only 1 month had passed in

the Mechaworld, 2 years had passed in their world!  After a while,

though, the Mechaheroes were called back to the Mechaworld for

another adventure in Mechamon Season 1, Series 2.
